Install the printer and driver with Windows 8
Open on Windows 8 with the 'Start' buttom the 'Settings' and the window 'Devices and Printers'

Don't query the printer + 'Confirm'

Select the Manufacturer and the Type for the Network printer
If the driver are not listed print on the field "Windows Update"

Add the name from the Server to the 'Printer name: "spool-lpr". Press 'Next'

The printer is now installed, but it is not ready configured.
Select 'Printer' and in the opening Field 'Properties'.

Disable "Bidirectional"
Select the Port "spool-lpr" and press "Configure Port"

Set the 'Protocol' to "LPR" and the 'Queue Name' of the printer in the network
Enable "LPR Byte Counting" and press 'OK'

Open the field 'Advanced' and set "Start printer after last page is spooled".
Now press 'Apply' and select fist 'Assesories' (Picture 15) and after go backwards to 'Advanced' and 'Printing Defaults' (Picture 16,17).

In the new window select 'Accessories' and 'Option': "Large Capacity Tray" + Confirm.
Go to the field 'Advanced' and 'Printing Defaults'.

In the window select the field 'Paper' and set 'Dokument Size' to "A4", the 'Input Tray' to "Tray3 (LCT)"
and the Paper 'Type' to "Plain (60 to 81g/m2)"

In the field 'Setup' select 'Duplex' to "Open to Left" + 'Confirm'.
Close all windows with 'OK'. The printer is now ready to print.
You can attract only a network printer with this method.
If you need another printer you must first select the appropriate printer type (picture 7).
Then, you change the queue name (picture 13).
Then, still the printer setup (picture 15,16,17) must be made.
Possibly is it enough to keep all 'Tray' - and 'Finisher' - settings on "Automatic" or "Printer Default".
